Wednesday-Aerobic/Speed. 35-37 minutes EASY with 2x300, 2x200, 2x150


Thursday- 40-42 min EASY + 6 strides


Friday- Juab Invitational


Saturday- *required practice* 70-73 minutes LONG (last 10-13 min at tempo pace) + 5 strides (150m strides)
