2026 Season
This week with the Falcons.
March 9-14
Monday: Practice at 3:00 pm-- Before you leave practice today, you need to verify your entries for the Iron Meet on Sport Trax.
Tuesday: Iron Tri Meet @ Cedar High School- 3:30 start time. You will be excused from class at 2:00 and you will need to find your own safe ride to Cedar High. Go to the Travel Details Page for more information.
Wednesday: Practice at 3:00 pm
Thursday: Practice at 3:00 pm
Friday: no practice- run on your own for 20 minutes and stretch
